Música ao Levantar

Há anos que, todos os dias de manhã, a primeira coisa que faço ao me levantar da cama é dar voz à rádio - as vezes escolho uma estação, outras vezes um CD (depende muito se faço preguiça e fico com menos tempo para estar a escolher um).
Ponho música a tocar, começo a cantarolar e a dançar, quase sempre desponta um sorriso. E assim sim, amanhece para mim, de forma vibrante.
E quando calha aquela música que não ouço há séculos? Faço a festa!
A minha sorte é que a banda sonora de minha vida só se aplica aos momentos felizes. É verdade, não há música que associe a um momento menos bom, de vazio, de amuo. Porque a música tem este efeito em mim - se toca, alegro-me. Mesmo que seja uma música triste, nostálgica, é música. Estranho, não? Mas inspirador.
Por isso mesmo que só poderia ser esta a inauguração desta etiqueta "Hábitos Deliciosos & Refrescantes" - Música ao levantar - música que me levanta.
